Core Pathway: 40-Minute Practices
This pathway consists of 8 structured video lessons, each ideally supported by two 10-minute audio companion tracks for mid-week or at-home practice. Everything is built into the recording — the timing, the sharing, and the flow. Your role is to prepare the space, press play, and hold the container.
Step 1 — Prepare the spaceTake a few minutes before the session begins. Set up the room, check the equipment, and allow time for students to arrive and settle. Trust the process. Have a great session!
Step 2 — Press play and let it flowThe session is fully guided. Simply press play, check the sound, and allow the recording to carry the group. Pause only if you'd like a little extra space for sharing.
Step 3 — Hold the closeAs the session ends, stay present. Celebrate the finish, give students a moment to return, and remind them they can explore the Go Mode, Flow Mode or Slow Mode library anytime for shorter practices. Invite students to complete their exit card to capture their insights and anchor their practice.
